Feel free to attend any event, walk down any occasion and do your survey, and you’ll find that the vast majority aren’t participating in the digital “money making” activities. Why? Because making real, sustainable money online is just as hard — and sometimes harder — than in the physical world.
Through deep research, personal experience, and trials, I was able to point out six root problems that has keep most people stuck in financial dependence despite the beneficial capacity of the internet.

The digital space is incredibly crowded. When one person launches content or a service for monetization, they’re competing with millions of others. This intense competition makes it incredibly difficult to gain visibility, build an audience, and meet monetization requirements across various platforms. For example, if you upload a video today, a billion other videos go live the same day. Standing out is difficult, and reaching monetization thresholds often feels impossible. - Time Management:
Earning online requires just as much time and focus as offline work. But most people are already using all their time to survive — working physically. For many, survival necessitates prioritizing physical work, leaving little time or energy to consistently engage in the demanding “online battle,” leading to reduced productivity and slower progress. - Exhaustion:
Repetition without reward is draining and discouraging. Many people try hard for months or years with no results, leading to burnout and eventual abandonment of their goals. The prolonged effort and often slow returns associated with online ventures lead to severe exhaustion that many cannot proceed with. - Inadequate Information:
Despite the abundance of content online, most of it is fragmented or self-serving. One content says “You need just a smart phone and internet to earn,” another says “You need a workstation and a professional skill,” and none are actually about you. This leaves a large segment of the population stuck with aspirations, as the digital world prioritizes value creation. In summary, most people either:
- Have no marketable skill.
- Have a skill but no tools to present it.
- Have skill and tools but no visibility.
- Or have outdated skills with no demand.
These realities trap people in a continuous state of trying and failing.
The Reality of Online Earnings: Beyond the Flashy Facade
The internet often showcases glamorous lifestyles—flashy cars, opulent homes, and smooth effortless wealth. However, statistics tell a different story: a relatively small amount of the global population genuinely makes significant money online. While many might earn a few dollars here and there, these modest sums are not very sustainable and fall far short of the desired cash flow — the $1,200 a month or $20,000 a day that represents what “they consider” true financial freedom.
My observations in local markets, stores and other populated areas reinforce this: the physical world still demands immense effort, mirroring the dedication that the online world theoretically requires. This led me to a fundamental question:
“How can people earn online if they don’t know how to?”
“What if they know how, but lack the tools, skills, or access?”
“What if they’ve tried and failed because the system wasn’t built for them?”
