Velocity Bridge is an automated news distribution tool designed to post updates to our LinkedIn Company Page and other social media platforms.
2. Data We Collect We do not collect personal data from general website visitors other than standard technical logs. For our LinkedIn integration, we access:
- Public Content: Posts, comments, and reactions from our own LinkedIn Company Page via the Community Management API.
- Admin Data: Technical identifiers (URNs) required to authenticate the connection between our server and LinkedIn.
3. How We Use Data The information accessed is used solely for:
- Automating the delivery of technical news and updates.
- Monitoring engagement on our official posts to improve content delivery.
- Prohibition: We do not use LinkedIn member data for advertising, sales, or recruiting.
4. Data Retention and Storage In compliance with LinkedIn’s 2026 Data Storage Requirements:
- Social Activity Data: Stored for no longer than 48 hours.
- Member Profile Data: Stored for no longer than 24 hours.
- Encryption: All data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS).
5. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade member data with third parties. Data is only processed through our secure automation partner, n8n, and is not shared further.
